Each project begins with a review of scope, location, access, and intended usage. Shot requirements, deliverables, and scheduling are confirmed in advance to ensure efficient on-site execution.

On-Site Photography

Photography is conducted efficiently and unobtrusively within active commercial environments. Images are captured with attention to architectural context, system integration, scale, and clarity.

Post-Production

Final imagery is carefully edited for accuracy and consistency. Post-production focuses on color fidelity, perspective correction, and clean presentation appropriate for architectural and commercial use.

Licensed Delivery

Finished images are delivered digitally with clearly defined licensing based on intended use. Files are optimized for marketing, sales, and long-term brand application.

Cooperation

Local travel within 30 miles of Bethlehem, PA is included. Travel beyond the local area — including mileage, airfare, lodging, parking, and related expenses — is billed at cost.

Invoices are issued according to the agreed project schedule. Payment terms are Net 30 unless otherwise specified. ACH (bank transfer) is preferred for business payments. Credit card & check payment is available if required.
