All projects include clearly defined licensing based on the intended use of the images. Licensing terms are outlined in advance and tailored to support marketing, documentation, and long‑term commercial use.

Extended or exclusive usage options are available upon request.

Image Delivery

Final images are delivered digitally in high‑resolution and web‑optimized formats. Delivery timelines vary based on project scope and are confirmed in advance.

Files are prepared for practical use across websites, presentations, proposals, and industry publications.

Travel & Expenses

Madden Commercial Imaging is based in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.

Local travel within 30 miles of Bethlehem, PA is included. Travel beyond the local area — including mileage, airfare, lodging, parking, and related expenses — is billed at cost.

Payment Terms

Invoices are issued according to the agreed project schedule.

Payment terms are Net 30 unless otherwise specified. ACH (bank transfer) is preferred for business payments. Credit card & check payment is available if required.
